เอกลักษณ์ที่เด่นชัดของบ้านพักอาศัยส่วนตัวนี้ คือ Bedroom zone ของผู้อาศัยวัยรุ่นที่เน้นในจุดเด่นของ Minimalism, Nordic และ Modern อย่างชัดเจน ทีมดีไซน์เนอร์ groove ได้เลือกใช้สีในโทน neutral color scheme ทั้งในโทนมืดและสว่าง ซึ่งให้ความรู้สึก cozy อยู่สบายเป็นหลัก
