Concept บ้านหรูริมทะเลสาบหลังนี้ คือ Owner ต้องการกลิ่นอายของ Modern luxury ที่ไม่เหมือนที่ไหน ทีมดีไซน์เนอร์ Groove ได้เลือกใช้โทนสี Rose gold ที่มีเอกลักษณ์และพบได้ไม่บ่อย มาเป็นโทนหลักในการตกแต่งชั้นล่าง Highlight ของบ้านหลังนี้คือ บริเวณ Grand living room และ Home bar ที่เลือกใช้ไม้โทนเข้มให้อารมณ์เหมือนอยู่บาร์ต่างประเทศ
